Substance Abuse Professional Services (SAP)

EAP Resources provides Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) services for companies with employees who are covered under the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations. Our DOT-qualified SAPs evaluate, refer and monitor the treatment of employees who test positive for alcohol and/or controlled substances, refuse to be tested or who violate other provisions of the DOT rules. Due to the DOT requirements, potential liabilities, and a variety of negative consequences surrounding substance abuse, it is a sound business decision to have a qualified SAP on your team.
