Customer satisfaction is important to us. Satisfaction surveys will be requested periodically from each client company. Your feedback helps keep us on our toes and gives us good suggestions for improving and meeting your expectations.
Confidential satisfaction surveys are requested from employees or dependents for each episode of treatment. Counselors will give the employees a self-addressed, postage-paid envelope for mailing the survey to the EAP Resources corporate office in Birmingham. Client and company feedback helps us to better serve your organization.
